Returns Policy

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, simply return the item to the designated depot. A refund will be processed once the item has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used at checkout and usually take 2–5 working days once processed. A collection service is available and quoted based on the item and your postcode.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be in perfect, resaleable condition and in its original packaging. No assembly, installation or modification should have been carried out.

Clearance items, gift certificates, personalised products and custom-made items are not eligible for return. For hygiene reasons, mattresses, duvets, bedding and other close-contact items cannot be returned once removed from their packaging.

Damaged or Missing Parts

We ensure all items are packaged securely. If your item arrives damaged or with missing parts, please report this within the returns period and we will arrange replacements as quickly as possible. Replacement part lead times vary by product and may take 14–21 working days.

Important Points for Damage Claims

  • If the package appears even slightly damaged, write "Damaged" on the courier’s sheet before signing.
  • If the package is significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. Once returned to us, a replacement will be sent.
  • If you discover damage or missing parts after accepting the delivery, notify us immediately for free replacement parts.
  • If the parcel was signed without noting damage, we only have 48 hours to raise a claim with the courier.
  • If you choose not to receive replacement parts, the item can still be returned under our standard policy.
  • If we cannot resolve the issue with replacement parts or a replacement unit, we will arrange free collection and full refund.
