1. Delivery Areas & Surcharges 

Our standard FREE delivery service applies to UK mainland postcodes. We do not currently deliver to Scottish Offshore (KW15-17, ZE, HS, PA20, 41-49, 60-75, 77-78, KA27-28, PH40, 42-44), Scilly Isles (TR21-25), Northern Ireland (BT), Channel Islands (GY, JE), Isle of Man (IM), Eire, or BFPO addresses. Some UK mainland postcodes may incur a surcharge and this can be checked on the product page prior to placing an order. 2. Delivery Times 

Small to medium items: typically 2–4 working days and up to 6 working days depending on postcode and courier service

Large items: typically 7 working days and up to 14 working days depending on postcode and courier service 

On-order or made-to-order items: up to 60 working days

3. Standard Delivery Process 

Small to medium items are delivered via standard courier (Royal Mail, Evri, and similar carriers), without a specific appointment. The courier may leave the item in a safe place, with a neighbour, or with a concierge if unattended. Tracking is provided via email — please monitor it to ensure safe receipt. If a signature is required and no one is available, the courier will leave a card with rebooking or self-collection instructions. 

Large items are prebooked with you in advance of delivery. Please ensure we have a correct contact number. We do not offer select-day or guaranteed weekend delivery unless stated on the listing; you'll need to be available across the full allocated day. Standard delivery is to the ground floor; couriers will generally assist to upper floors where a working lift is available, but may charge for labour, or may be limited to ground-floor delivery, if there is no lift. Contact us in advance for a quote if you need upper-floor assistance. 

4. Rescheduling a Delivery 

For large items, if you are unable to receive delivery on the proposed delivery day, you must reject it and the courier will contact you with a new proposed day in the next delivery cycle for your area. Your ETA is reset at this point and your new ETA is subject to courier availability. When a booking is accepted, items may be loaded for dispatch up to 3 working days prior to the delivery date. If the proposed delivery date was accepted and is then requested to be changed at least 3 full working days prior to delivery, this is done free of charge. If this is done less than 3 days prior to delivery, a full redelivery charge of £39 - £249 per item may incur, depending on item, service booked and area. 

5. Receiving Your Delivery 

Deliveries must be received in person unless you've given us written confirmation to leave the item at a specified location — in which case you accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft from that point. Before signing, inspect the item and packaging carefully. Any damage — however minor — must be noted on the delivery paperwork before you sign; we cannot make a claim with the courier, or process a damage-related return, for anything not noted at the time. If damage is significant, you may refuse delivery, but please photograph it as proof. Refer to our full terms and conditions for detail. 

6. Non-Delivery Claims 

Any non-delivery claim must be submitted within seven days of the booked delivery date, or the date tracking information was shared with you. If courier proof of delivery (including timestamped evidence) shows the item was delivered, you'll need to submit your claim together with a police crime reference number within that seven-day period. 

7. Fitting Service (if purchased) 

Fitting is carried out by professional tradespeople. Please inspect the item thoroughly on completion and raise any issues before signing the job completion sheet — issues not noted at this stage, or reported afterward without photographic proof, cannot be accepted. If the intended fitting location is unsuitable, an alternative must be proposed; if the item is returned due to insufficient space or access, a redelivery or cancellation charge will apply. 

8. Cancellations & Charges 

Cancelling before dispatch: Free of charge 

Cancelling after dispatch: a full return charge of £9–£249 per item applies 

Access or parking issues preventing delivery: a return charge of £39–£249 applies 

All delivery surcharges and additional delivery payments are non-refundable, except where we fail to deliver within a reasonable time
